Based in Minneapolis, we are a family based team that build high quality premium fences. Starting out as a mere hobby, we built our fences for friends and family who wanted an upgrade and something that would stand the test of time. All of our fences start with Western Red Cedar to ensure the highest quality, then are made to order to our customers needs and specifications. At Victory Fence we value hard work, simplicity and take pride in our product.

cedar recycling products
Through the process of building custom cedar fences, there is always a by-product of leftover cedar material. With our focus on custom and unique designs, we are required to make custom cuts that give us this by-product. This has and always will be scrap material. Previously, small pieces were thrown away and larger pieces were given away or used as firewood. We now have a solution that allows us to sustainably repurpose our scrap material into new products. Our goal is to develop and build a number of products that allow us to recycle scrap material of any size, as a result of our custom cedar fence builds. We are excited to announce our new line of recycled products is now available.

APPLICATION
Join our team at Victory Fence Co. We build custom cedar fences all over the metro area. As we continue to expand, we are looking for candidates to apply to work during our 2024 season. If you like being outside and working with your hands this might be just the right fit for you
Compensation: $18-20/hour
Employment Type: FT
Responsibilities include:
- Able to lift 50+lbs
- Able to work Full Time
- M-F 9am-5pm
- Have a valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Light power tool work
